hola!!se alquila una habitacion que esta luminosa y silenciosa.el piso es muy grande ,luminoso y silencionso,muy limpio, y tiene TV con 50 canales y intelnet WIFI(presio incluido).la sona es muy comoda esta muy cerca de los univelsidades ,y las supermercadonas mercadona,consum,tienda de chino .
tenemos 3 habitaciones. somos una japonesa y un ingles.somos trabajadores ,no fumadores.

I have a good size single room for rent in a large sunny flat.
We are two people in the flat, I am an English teacher and there is a Japanese girl.
We both work so are not in the house very much.
The flat has two bathrooms, one with a sink and toilet will be yours and you can use the other for showering. It has a massive lounge dinning room and a large kitchen. The flat is on the top floor so it is very quiet.
We are situated in an ideal position next to the football stadium many shops and just ten minutes walking to the centre of town and a metro stop just minutes away from us.
We are looking for a clean, calm person non smoker.
The flat is available now 225 euros a month plus bills. We have wifi internet, and all other necessities.
