245 € - I'M RENTING A ROOM, AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER (Avd. Constitución-principio Primado Reig)

Hey everyone! I’m renting a room, available from November, in a beautiful apartment in Avenida de la Constitucion, very close to Primado Reig. My home mates came back to their countries last month because they were not Spanish (one Italian and the other one finland) and they had finished their period of study here in Valencia, so their two rooms are now free. In the apartment there would be me (Javi, from Menorca, worker and student of physical education and sports, I’ve been living in Valencia for 9 years) and another man ( Timo,german, twenty three years old,student of economy). The room is very enlightened, with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. The apartment has wifi internet connection, ono television, air conditioning in the whole house and a complete kitchen. The apartment is in the 2^nd floor with elevator. The other available room is very similar from the other, but a little bigger, that’s why it costs 10 Euros more per month, that is to say 245 Euros. In the neighborhood you can find shops of all types: grocery, supermarket, library, greengrocer, bakery, clothes, post office and video rent… it’s very well communicated to downtown and to the universities… you can rather take the bus or the tram number 6, that arrives till the seaside. I’m looking for an extroverted person, responsible and that  would like to experience a nice cohabitation with respect. He/she has to be clean and tidy, it doesn’t matter if worker or student, and I don’t mind hosting foreign people, for example Erasmus students. The most important thing is to get along well with the people in the house.
