2 single rooms available  to rent to a male/female who don’t smoke and are tidy. We will keep the spare double room for us. We will be living in England but will probably need to go back and fourth to Valencia depending on work.

The flat is in Cabanal. It’s a 5 min walk from the high street and fresh food market and the beach with restaurants, cafes.

Tram (Dr Lluch station) takes you to the city centre in 15 min and there are lots of buses. Cabanal train station is ten minutes away to the city and then on to Barcelona.

 The flat has been refurbished! Everything will be brand new for when you arrive: furniture, bathroom, kitchen, all electric domestic products (and bricks morter!) There are two single rooms each with their own balcony space and a view of the sea.

The rooms are 300 and 350 EUR per month including all bills except phone.
