Appartment at Fuencaliente street, 3. Close to Ciudad de la Ciencia and 15 minutes of Politécnica on foot. The sea is 30 minutes walking.

The apartment has 4 rooms (each room is equiped with a wardrove, bed and a table for study), 2 bathrooms, a big living-room and complete kitchen (with microware, dishes, and on),  2 balconys. It has aproximatelly 107 m2.

It's on the 6th floor, so it's very sUnny. It has a lift. We don't have parking fot cars, but there's no problem to park on the street.

The price is 700€ + costs of gas/water. The apartment has no internet right now, but former students who lived there had internet, so i imagine you can contract it easily. The costs of gas, water and internet depends on the use of resources, but we imagine it could be aroung 100€/month.
