Se alquila habitación para chica en un piso muy bonito a compartir con un chico italiano, un holandés, y un ecuatoriano, en Calle Guardia Civil 22, esc.6 pta 1. zona Facultats/Benimaclet. El precio es de 187,50 € gastos no incluidos (agua, luz, gas, internet wifi).

Piso nuevo, amplio, luminoso, con 4 habitaciones, dos baños y una terraza grande. Bien comunicado con metro, tranvia y muy cerca de la Universidad. Ambiente agradable.
